XXXCongratulations to the winners at our January Lake Cisco tournament held on January 6th and 7th. Water temperatures were low and strong winds greeted anglers for the first tournament of the year, however many anglers were able to weigh in fish.
XXXBarry Lambert finished in first place with 4 fish Saturday that weighed 9.58 lbs. Barry also had big bass for the tournament weighing 3.68 lbs. Second place went to Darrell Lambert with 3 fish weighing 5.33 lbs. Third place went to Ray Martin with 3 fish weighing 5.14 lbs. Rusty Roberson captured fourth place with 3 fish weighing 4.60 lbs.
XXX Darrel Lambert and Gary Lambert won the Team Jackpot with 5 fish weighing 8.72 lbs. The winners of the Blind Draw Jackpot went to Barry Lambert and Robbie Wooten with a combined weight of 11.86 lbs.
XXXThere was no fish weighed in for both the Ladies and Youth Divisions this tournament.

February Tournament Stillhouse Hallow

XXXThe February club tournament has been voted to be on Stillhouse Hallow Reservoir. The dates are February 10th and 11th. Weigh-in will be at the Marina boat ramp in the State Park near the dam. Fishing time is set for 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Saturday and 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday.

Time to Pay Dues

XXXJust a reminder to everyone, if your dues are not paid this may be your last newsletter for the year. The January letter was sent to the 2006 paid members. Starting in February letters will be sent only to those who have paid their 2007 dues. To continue receiving your letter you need to get your dues in.

Annual Awards Banquet

XXXThe Stephenville Bass Clubs Annual Awards Banquet will be held Saturday January 20th. The event will begin around 7:00 PM. Anyone wanting to help with the preparations is welcome to attend, beginning at 10:00 AM Saturday morning. The ladies are asked to bring a desert for the banquet.
XXXAt the banquet there will be plenty of food, fun and drawings for prizes. All SBC members, families and guest are welcome.

Federation Report

XXXThis year's tournament trail will begin with the first two tournaments being held on Lake Amistad January 27th and 28th. The February tournament will be held at Stillhouse Hallow on the 17th. Followed by Lake Brownwood on April 14th. O.H. Ivie will be the open tournament and it will be held on May 19th. Hubbard Creek finishes the trail on June 16th and Lake Belton will be the alternate lake on July 21st if need.
