XXXCongratulations to the winners at our April Lake Brady tournament held on April 5th and 6th. There was a total of 59 fish weighed in this month and there was (5) five fish limits weighed in.
XXJimmy Thurman finished in first place with 5 fish Saturday that weighed 13.56. Second place went to Berry Merrill with 5 fish Saturday weighing 13.42lbs. Third place went to Derrick Odom with 5 fish Saturday weighing 12.44 lbs. Shane Durant captured fourth place with 5 fish Saturday weighing 12.43lbs. Rick Schmidt had big bass honors with a 5.59 caught Saturday. Barry and Donna Merrill won the Team Jackpot with 6 fish weighing 16.36 lbs.

XXXThe winners of the Blind Draw Jackpot went to Rick Schmidt and Barry Merrill with a combined weight of 21.38 lbs.
XXXDonna Merrill weighed in one fish for 2.94 lbs for the Ladies Division this tournament. No fish were weighed-in for the Youth Division this month.

May Tournament Lake Hubbard Creek

XXXThe May club tournament has been voted to be on Lake Hubbard Creek. The dates have been moved to May 3rd and 4th because of the conflict with Mother’s Day. Weigh-in will be at the boat ramp on the West end of the Mile Long (HWY 180) Bridge. Fishing time is set for 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Top Twelve
Tournament

XXXOur top twelve tournament will be held on April 19th at Lake Whitney. Weigh-in will be at the McCown Valley boat ramp. Fishing time is set for 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The lake is off limits until the day of the tournament for all the participating anglers.

Up Coming Events

XXXOn Saturday May the 10th we will be hosting Fish Day In The Park at the city park. Everyone that is willing to help is asked to be there at 7:00 AM.

XXXWe will also be holding a fish fry at the bingo hall on Memorial Day, May 26th. Help is asked to arrive around 4:00 PM.
